We want you to receive the instrument in perfect condition. That is why eachproduct ordered from our website is sent to our workshop for final checks andtuning before being dispatched. For this reason it may take up to 5 workingdays to dispatch the item, subject to stock availability.
When the order is placed, you will receive our automated invoice with an orderreference number. Please use this reference number in the subject line if youare emailing us for any special instructions or asking more about the product.
You will receive a tracking number from our dispatch department as soon as yourorder has been dispatched. This information may be used to track your order online.
We have a no quibble returns policy. If you are not happy with the instrument itmay be returned within 14 days of delivery provided it is returned in the exactcondition as received. Please see Terms and Conditions for more information.
No questions will be asked.
A full refund of the original cost of your product (excluding delivery) will bereturned subject to its condition when returned.
The buyer will have to pay the return charges.
Two prices are displayed:
for UK and EU Customers VAT Included prices
for the customers from rest of the world excluding VATprices.
Customs Duty (where payable) is not included in the ItemPrice or the Shipping Cost.
Displayed images are our library images; colours, shades,crafts and fittings may vary on the products supplied. Our instruments are handmade from natural materials such as wood and skins and therefore there arelikely to be slight variations from one instrument to the next.
Insignificant marks may appear while assembling,rechecking and tuning the instruments.
