We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are described accurately, however although we are dedicated to update and improve our products, we cannot always update each description immediately. As long as changes are minor, we will fulfil orders using current products rather than those with the exact description given in these pages. Accessories, stands decorations belts and any other components shown in the pictures to display the product are not included in the price also colours and shades may vary.
Prices that are shown may change at any moment without prior notice. When submitting your details you are offering to purchase the goods at the price shown on the website subject to these terms and conditions.
The contract for the sale by us to you of the goods is completed when we send to you our confirmation of order by email.

This material includes, but is not limited to, images, illustrations, posts, audio clips, video clips, design, layout, look, appearance and graphics and are the sole property of JAS Musicals Limited, affiliates and licensors are protected from unauthorized copyright and dissemination by copyright that are owned or licensed by JAS Musicals Limited. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage which you suffer as a result of any breach by us of this contract, including, but not limited to, consequential loss to you and/or loss or damage to the property of third parties. In any event our liability to you arising directly from our negligence will not exceed the invoice value of the Goods. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
We make every effort to ensure that this Website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this Website or any website accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to provide adequate protection for your equipment that you use to access this Website. We will not be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or damage that may be caused to any equipment arising as a result of your use of this Website.
From time to time this website may also include links to other websites of interest. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the websites. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked websites.
In order to buy goods from us through this Website you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse to complete a contract for the sale of goods to you.
The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. If you access the Website from locations outside of England and Wales you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.
We guarantee that your details, including your e-mail address, will not be passed on to anybody else. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used to contact you with regards to your order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cards accepted are shown on the secure payment page after you have confirmed your order.
If for any reason the address of the registered card used does not match the billing address, without notification by email or telephone, your order may be delayed. This is also applicable to PayPal orders.
Bank Transfers can be made direct to the details offered on our payment page. An email notification of this transfer must be received to notify us of this transfer. Once the payment has been approved, the appropriate action will then be taken to prepare and dispatch the items ordered. Please note bank transfers including approvals can take from 5 to 10 days.
If a product is not available to dispatch at the time of order, the payment taken will be regarded as a pre-payment.
VAT stands for value added tax.
The UK VAT rate on books is 0%.
The UK VAT rate on all other products is 20%.
VAT is charged on instruments and other products within the European Union (EU). In accordance with the laws governing members of the European Union, JAS Musicals is obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to destinations in member countries of the EU.
Prices displayed for products are exclusive of UK VAT. You will be able to see your final price inclusive of applicable VAT before you confirm your order, when you have completed your order information, including your delivery address
Products that are dispatched to addresses outside of the European Union are not subject to EU VAT.
Customs Duty + Clearance
When ordering goods from JAS Musicals for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please make sure you are aware of all customs and clearance regulations of the country where the item will be delivered.
Prices and shipping charges are subject to change without notice. We will try to inform you of any inconsistencies prior to shipping. Due to constant change in exchange rates and haulage charges we reserve the right to ask you the current national or international haulage available. Any changes in freight charges will be notified to you for approval and requested for the difference. The instrument will only be shipped after receiving the difference.

Terms of delivery are given by way of information only and JAS Musicals shall not be held responsible for any delay.
We do not guarantee the exact delivery time on standard shipping, but we promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most items are in stock. An item not in stock can take 2-6 weeks, and you will be notified if this is the case.
If there are any problems processing your order you will receive an email or telephone call from our service team.
If a package is returned due to incorrect delivery information/ no collection of customer from courier depot, the postage will have to be paid again in order for us to resend out the package. If the customer may disagree to pay the delivery postage the item will be refunded minus the original postage fees.
If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after it has been delivered, we offer a 'Return To Base' policy - whereby you can return the unopened goods to us here at JAS Musicals, postage prepaid, within seven days working of the original delivery date, and we will refund the full amount of the purchase, minus any carriage charges.
Following the distance selling regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund, minus carrier charges, as long as you return your goods appropriately packed, insured and shipped postage prepaid, within seven working days from the day of delivery. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
On rare occasions, a product may get damaged in transit. If you do receive a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery on email@example.com or call us on +44208 574 2686/+44207 935 0793. We will assume the goods have been received undamaged if we do not receive notification within 48hours of receipt. Notifications after this time period may not be accepted.
Should you suspect a fault with your product, please call us on +442085742686/+442079350793 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. If the fault occurs within 7 days from the date of delivery, you have the option to have the item either repaired or exchanged. After 7 days, but within the warranty period, we will collect the goods from you and have it fully repaired or replaced and returned to you in a reasonable timescale. If upon collection it is found that the fault has been caused through misuse, we will charge for the repair. Please note that we may ask to inspect the goods to confirm the fault or ask you to carry out a telephone diagnostic to make sure it is not a problem that can be resolved quickly.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted
In addition, any complaints must be addressed by registered letter or email to the carrier within 7 days from the receipt of the packages. No complaint shall be accepted
after 7 days of the buyer receiving the goods. Goods shall be returned at buyers expense and the material packed and protected with care (in its original packaging). In the absence of these precautions, the returns will be refused and not taken into account.
We will only accept goods returned if prior arrangements have been made, an authorisation number provided, and the return carrier has been prepaid. In certain circumstances under our discretion, we may arrange collection from your premises by our contracted carriers.
Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.
We cannot refund or exchange your purchase if:
- You have purchased CDs, DVDs, Software, Books, Videos, Recording Media, Electronic Music Machines, Mouthorgans’, Flutes and all other wood wind instruments.
- The goods were a special order to your specification
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation of Order
If you’ve changed your mind about the item you’ve purchased and want to cancel your order before your delivery just ring us on +44208 574 2686/+44207 935 0793.
All deposits are non-refundable.
The seller shall warrant the instrument against possible manufacturing faults for a period of one year from the day of purchase. Specific warranties are available for certain products and can be requested by sending an email to email@example.com. All warranties does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damages caused by an unqualified repair-person, nor faults due to misuse, accident or neglect or as a consequence of exposure to extreme temperature, dampness or adverse weather conditions.
On a rare occasion flutes can be received un-tuned. JAS Musicals can give no guarantee on the tuning of the flute nor if the flute is to later become unturned.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the material used to produce drumheads, heads will not hold any guarantee whatsoever. If within 30 days of delivery a rattling/buzzing sound is noticed in the table head of a Dayan, the item should be retuned under our ‘back to base’ policy. We will replace and tune the head with no charge on labour/fitting however the cost of the replacement head will have to be paid.
Orders placed for goods in special finishes or sizes etc. will be supplied wherever possible. Such will only be accepted, however on the basis of a firm written order which cannot be cancelled, or the goods returned. In certain instances, and before acceptance of such orders, we will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total purchase price.
Orders placed for goods that are from our 'seconds' stock, being products that are soiled, damaged, faulty, repaired and not top-grade, are bought and sold strictly on the basis that the purchase contract at the agreed pricing is irrevocable, and all such goods will not be accepted for credit/ replacement or refund.
