The drum is played with the palms and fingers of both hands. The Khol, also known as a Mirdanga, is a terracotta two-sided drum used in northern and eastern India to accompany devotional music (bhakti). It originates from the Indian state of West Bengal. In addition, it has been used in Bengali folk and semi-classical music. Insurance All our instruments are insured for damage and loss during transportation.
